Q. Where are you located?
A. Shalimar, FL; however, we serve thousands of businesses nationwide.

Q. What are your hours of operation?
A. M-F 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time.  We are closed on all major holidays.

Q. What is your production time for your products?
A. Production time varies for each product.  The average production time is 5-12 working days after you approve your order acknowledgement and proof. However, for some products, it may be much longer or shorter.  The normal production time is listed for each product on the product page. We must have your written approval prior to proceeding with your order. 

Q. Do you do Rush Orders?
A. Absolutely! We can offer Rush Orders on thousands of products.  Contact us if you have a rapidly approaching event date and we will help you.

Q. If my imprint will be text only (no logo), do I need camera ready art?
A. No.  We will type set your art at no charge as long as it is a standard font.  Please include the name of the font that you want.  You can email your text imprint to art@perfectimprints.com or fax to 1-888-251-7891.

Q. Do you have stock artwork?
A. Yes, simply visit www.iclipart.com and choose any clipart you like.  Simply note the item # of the clipart you want to use and let us know.  We will create a proof for you for Free after you order. 

Q. How do I get my art to you?
A. The easiest and fastest way is to email the art to us as art@perfectimprints.com. After submitting your order online, you will be prompted to submit your art.  Your camera ready artwork may also be mailed to:

Faxed art is not considered camera ready; however, we may still be able to use that if you do not have it in an electronic form. We do our best to work with any format you have. Additional art charges might occur if we have to spend a significant amount of time converting your artwork to a print ready quality. We will let you know ahead of time if additional art charges will apply.

Q. What formats for camera ready art do you accept?
A. The best formats would be Adobe Illustrator CS5, Adobe Photoshop CS5, Corel Draw X3, .eps, or .tif. Files that are scanned should be scanned at least 600 dpi as black/white line art.  If you don't have artwork in these formats, please email us what you have and our in house graphic artists will do their best to work with your available file(s).

Q. Do you carry products that are not listed on your web site?
A. YES! We have thousands of products that are not listed on our web site. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for any assistance in finding a specific product not listed on our site.  We can also help you create a custom product for your promotion. 

Q. How do I get a price quote for a high quantity order?
A. For prices of products not listed on our web site, or for large quantities not listed on our web site please Contact Us for a quote.

Q. What are your payment options?
A. We require prepayment on all orders. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diner's Club, or American Express. We can also accept checks and money orders by mail.  Mail your check or money order to the address below:

Q. Is there a minimum order quantity on your products.
A. Yes.  The minimum order is listed for each product under the "Qty:" box. Occassionaly we can do 1/2 the normal minimum with a Less Than Minimum fee. Contact Us for availability of this less than minimum option.

Q. Is ordering on your site online safe?
A. Yes!  We use the latest technology to encrypt your information that is transmitted. You can view of SSL certificate by clicking on the icon in the lower right hand corner of our website.

We are also members of the Better Business Bureau.

Q. Will you sell my personal information such as my email address or phone number?
A. NO!  We will never share our customers' personal information with any companies or individuals.  Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

Q. Are there any additional charges besides the quantity price such as set-up charges or shipping?
A. You will be notified of any additional charges before we charge your credit card.  All orders receive an order acknowledgment with all charges listed and proof prior to processing. We will never come back and charge additional charges after your order has been processed unless order changes are made by you. Our website will estimate a shipping cost which is subject to change. 

Q. What is your order cancellation policy?
A. You may cancel your order any time before production however, you will be responsible for all pre-production costs such as plate charges or art charges.  If we have not yet processed your order, there will be no charge to cancel your order.
