In order to have a high quality imprint on your product, it is imperative to have camera ready artwork. This page will explain exactly how you should submit your camera ready art.
Artwork may be submitted in either electronic format (preferred) or by hard copy.
Electronic artwork may be sent by email or by disk. Email artwork to artwork@perfectimprints.com or mail to the address below. We can accept floppy disks or compact disks PC formatted. If you send your artwork by disk , always include a hard copy of your artwork so we can compare the two (this can be faxed if you email your artwork). Include your company name (if applicable), your name, address, and phone number with the artwork. Also include what product you are ordering, quantity, product colors, and imprint color(s).
Please save your art in one of these industry standard formats:
-
Adobe Illustrator, Up to version CS2, must be a true illustrator file (created in illustrator not imported). Convert all text to outlines.
-
CorelDraw, Up to version X3, must be a true CorelDraw file (created in CorelDraw not imported). Convert all text to curves.
-
.tif and .eps files are also accepted. These images should be scanned as Black/White line art at 600 dpi, not color or grayscale.
Web images such as .jpg and .gif are NOT considered camera ready art and are NOT accepted. Microsoft Word and PowerPoint documents are NOT considered camera ready.
If you do not submit your art in one of these formats, your order will be put on hold, and you will be notified. Any problems with artwork will delay production.
If your imprint does not contain a logo, you may fax your imprint to 775-514-5612, or you may send an email with your layout. Microsoft Word documents are accepted to illustrate text only (no logo) imprints which can be emailed to artwork@perfectimprints.com . Exact match of font can not be guaranteed with Microsoft Word documents.
