Q. Where are you located? A. Louisville, MS
Q. What are your hours of operation? A. M-F 8:00a.m.-5:00p.m. Central Time. We are closed on all major holidays.
Q. What is your production time for your products? A. Production time varies for each product. The average production time is 10-12 working days after the receipt and verification of acceptable camera ready artwork. However, for some products, it may be much longer. The production time is listed for each product on the product page.
Q. Do you do Rush Orders? A. We can offer Rush Orders on select products. If rush orders are available for a particular product, it will be listed on the products page. If it is not listed on the product page, rush orders are not allowed-normal production time will apply.
Q. What is camera ready art? A. Camera ready artwork is an original laser print 1200 dpi that is printed at least 100% (preferably 150%) of the actual imprint size. Single color artwork should be black/white line art. Gray scales or colors are not considered to be camera ready art and will not be accepted. All multi-color camera ready art should be color separated. For more detailed instructions, please visit Art Instructions.
Q. If my imprint will be text only (no logo), do I need camera ready art? A. No. We will type set your art at no charge as long as it is a standard font. Please include the name of the font that you want. You can email your text imprint to artwork@perfectimprints.com or fax to 775-514-5612.
Q. Do you have stock artwork? A. Unfortunately we do not have stock artwork .
Q. How do I get you camera ready art? A. The easiest and fastest way is to email the art to us as artwork@perfectimprints.com . When emailing art, please fax a composite to 775-514-5612. This is for your protection to compare the faxed art to the emailed art. Your camera ready artwork may also be mailed to:

Faxed art is not considered camera ready.
Q. What formats for camera ready art do you accept? A. The best formats would be Adobe Illustrator 11, Corel Draw 8, .eps, or .tif. Files that are scanned should be scanned at least 600 dpi as black/white line art.
Q. What is the number beside some of the Imprint Color option on some of the products? A. The number beside the imprint color represents the PMS color. It is an industry wide standard color matching system. To view the various pantone colors, click here. The color listed is the standard imprint color. You can request an exact PMS color match on many of the products; however, there is a nominal charge to do this, usually around $80.
Q. Do you carry products that are not listed on your web site? A. YES! We have thousands of products that are not listed on our web site. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for any assistance in finding a specific product not listed on our site.
Q. How do I get a price quote for a high quantity order? A. For prices of products not listed on our web site, or for large quantities not listed on our web site please contact us for a quote.
Q. What are your payment options? A. We require prepayment on all orders. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diner's Club, or American Express. We can also accept checks and money orders by mail. Mail your check or money order to the address below:

Q. Is there a minimum order quantity on your products. A. Yes. The minimum order is listed for each product in the "Qty:" box
Q. Is ordering on your site online safe? A. Yes! We use the latest technology to encrypt your information that is transmitted. You can view our SSL certificate by clicking here.
Q. Will you sell my personal information such as my email address or phone number? A. NO! We do not share our customers' personal information with any companies or individuals. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
Q. Are there any additional charges besides the quantity price such as set-up charges or shipping? A. Our products do NOT have set-up charges. Shipping, however, is the only additional charge. The shipping cost can be obtained by adding your product and product quantity to the shopping cart and clicking on "Calculate Shipping" tab.
Q. I don't see the quantity that I want listed. Can I order that quantity? A. The pricing for quantities is listed by quantity range. For example, for the FB20 Fitness Bottle 150-249 is listed at a price of $1.45 each, and you may order any quantity between 150 and 249 for the price of $1.45 each. You will received the discounted price for any quantities 250 and above. The more you buy, the cheaper each item. Type in the quantity you would like to purchase and the options you would like and click the "Buy" button to add the items to the shopping cart.
Q. What is your order cancellation policy? A. You may cancel your order any time before production however, you will be responsible for all production costs such as plate charges or art charges as well as a 3% cacellation fee. If we have not yet processed your order, there will be no charge to cancel your order.
